Raw Christmas Truffles

Stuck for last minute Christmas gifts? I’ve come up with three festive truffle ideas that look impressive but take no time at all to make and are both indulgent and full of goodness. They’re sure to go down a treat!

Each recipe makes around 12-16 truffles. Just bung all the ingredients together in a food processor until the mixture comes together and use your hands to create truffle-sized balls, then roll in the suggested coating to finish. If the mixture seems a little moist, pop it in the fridge for a couple of hours before shaping and coating.
