Bex is a plant-based chef, menu consultant, event caterer and mindful nutritionist, who believes that the food choices we make can be empowering – both for our own health and for the health of our planet. The concept behind The Mindful Kitchen is that we can create a healthier, happier world through developing greater awareness of what we eat.
